Sistemi s.r.l. is the natural development of the former Studio Tecnico run by the engineer Lino Maio founded more than 30 years ago and mainly devoted to public works.
In July 2003 the original Studio Tecnico was converted into an Consultancy Firm.
The firm is now registered as a company specialising in Mechanical and Electrical systems, Fire prevention systems, natural environmental protection and general architectural services in a multidisciplinary professional service.
In order to ensure the continuing provision of a high level of service, a proven methodology is put into practice on every project. Commencing with the formation of the team and agreement on the brief and culminating in advice on construction methods and on-going planned maintenance, this type of approach establishes a basic framework around which all parties can operate with a clear understanding of each others' responsabilities.
